
Vulcan to the Sky RESTORATION Part Three update - 22/4/08.
We're pleased to report that Vulcan Part 3 is now finished. It is currently away with Sony for replication (which usually takes 12 - 16 days). As soon as the DVD disks are back here we will be able to send out orders.
We hope you will find Part 3 the best of the restoration DVDs so far - it is packed full of technical information and has a running time of almost 2 hours!
Vulcan to the Sky RESTORATION Part Two The structures bay is at the heart of this phase, with many Vulcan parts passing through the area. Amongst the many jobs to be completed are repairs to skins in the fuel tanks, jet pipes and air intakes, the removal of serious corrosion in the bomb aimer’s blister, and a key modification to the rear spar that must be completed to extend XH558’s fatigue life.
