Description:
in this Massey Ferguson Archive Special Edition we look back at the Ferguson TE20 universally known as the 'Little Grey Fergie'. These films, previously unused in our already comprehensive archive series, are highly prized on account of being filmed in fabulous colour! A rarity in the early 1950s.
Our first film is called, quite dramatically, 'Of Soil and Life' investigates the growing influence of the TE20 around the world. Two films demonstrate the use of the TE20 in Australia, which provide a unique insight into farming practises down under in the 1940s and 50s. Finally the superb 'Heart of the Enterprise' is filmed at Stoneleigh Abbey in Warwickshire, during a time when Massey Harris and Ferguson products were only just coming together.
Over half a century might divide the TE20 from the modern tractors of today, but the legacy of Harry Ferguson's ground breaking three-point linkage and draft control has stood the test of time as today's big red machines continue to pay tribute to his inventive genius with the name 'Ferguson' gracing each and every bonnet.
What better accolade could there be!
If you would like a bargain, why not buy this DVD with 'TE20 in Industry' and 'A Celebration!' for £44.99 (saving of £5.98)
